Mia was a corporate sales and customer service manager for 5 years before going into the training sector. Mia spent the next 7 years training call centre staff.
Mia worked on a Government Apprenticeship scheme training 16 to 21 year olds in NVQ Levels 1 and 2 Maths and English, Customer Services and Sales. After classroom training they then moved into the call centre where she managed them until they finished the scheme (9 months).
Mia is now working as a freelancer, working mainly from the UK, but if she fancies it, she will occasionally pop over to her homes in Spain and Portugal and work from there.
Mia has worked on IT Campaigns, Educational Campaigns, and Coaching Services Campaigns etc. Mainly in B2B.
